I can't find squat about it on the web. My father worked on a vehicle by that name when I was a kid in the early 90s at either picatinny arsenal or natick. It was some kind of mobile command center shoved into an APC that got scrapped due to the cost. I believe it got tested out in the gulf but I'm not sure.

Sorry if this is the wrong place I'll delete if so, just couldn't find a more suitable sub that wasn't dead. also not sure if it beats the 20 year rule I was very young so I'm not exactly positive on the timeline.
