The second one is a relief portrait of the Pharaoh Akhenaten ("the heretic pharaoh" who promoted the cult of Aten the Sun-disc) made in the Amarna style characteristic of his reign, and is currently preserved in the Egyptian Museum in Berlin. See here.
The second one looks Gandharan (the Indian artistic style that incorporated Greek elements) and reverse Google says it is of Chandragupta Mauyra, a very important and succesful emperor (founder of the Maurya Dynasty, in fact).
