Obviously, all of us were either tought by family or perhaps even driving schools.
But how did the original purchasers of those cars learn to operate something that was so foreign to them? The dealers offer lessons? How did it work?
The operating instructions (as well as instructions to completely rebuild the car and perform all types of service) were in the owner's manual. that came with the car.
I don't know the answer but I'd like to point out that the model t is automatic but driving it was nothing like driving a modern day car.
