Can you explain a bit what you mean by geopolitics and locations?
The biggest criticism of Seven Pillars isn't really gaps in Lawrence's knowledge as such (he continued to be critically involved in the region for some time after the wars conclusion) it's more that it's very much a memoir. As such it lacks historical distance as well as critical analysis and is, of course, biased towards Lawrence and his own views.
There are also significant accusations that portions of it are fabricated, most infamously Lawrence's supposed capture and sexual assault by the Turks.
