Why are Grover Furr's books Khrushchev Lied and Blood Lies wrong? What particular evidence refutes his claims?

I am not a Stalinist by any means, but wanted to know what specific evidence is there that makes Grover Furr's work wrong or inaccurate. I know he doesn't have a degree in history at all, but let's stick to the points he made and why they specifically are wrong.

I wrote a bit about Furr and his claims recently in this comment. Basically, he's a Stalinist apologist whose conclusions lie well outside the historical mainstream. Let me know if you have any specific claims/questions.
