I'm doing a presentation on Fascism and want to do a bit more reading up on it. All I've been able to find is Gentile/Mussolini's The Doctrine of Fascism, and I've read through that, but I'd rather have more than just one/two people's views on it. Anyone know any works about fascism?
Roger Griffin is a professor of modern history with many, many works on fascism. His work would be a great starting point.
Readings on Fascism and National Socialism, edited by Alan Swallow, available free of charge on Gutenberg in the link provided. From memory it includes Doctrine and other major period texts.
Depending on whether you include National Socialism, Falangism etc. under the umbrella of Fascism, there's also Mein Kampf, the various wartime memoirs of Leon Degrelle and others, Testamento politico de Manuel Hedilla and other Falangist writings, etc.
For contemporary stuff you may want to ask /r/DebateFascism.
EDIT: That's if you specifically want stuff in support of Fascism. Against, I recommend Umberto Eco's essay on Ur-Fascism (also free through the link) and Paxton's Anatomy of Fascism (ditto).
