I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations for good courses on iTunes U. I searched the site and only found one thread without many responses.
Basically, iTunes U has a crazy amount of courses, but its badly organized and hard to do quality control. I just want to listen to courses which are substantively good and have interesting/entertaining lecturers - don't care much about what the topic is.
UC Berkeley has a lot of good podcasts. I recommend anything by Margaret Lavinia Anderson. Especially any of her European history courses.
Yale open courses are quite good. Pick one and listen. I personally like the style of the early medieval one, but dislike the lecture style of the early modern Europe one (I love the course design though, just the delivery). Just my personal preference and the scholars, regardless of presentation style, are all superb.
