Is there any truth to the points described in the above quote?
The average reliability of the Tiger tank in the second half of 1943 was similar to that of the Panther, 36 percent, compared to the 48 percent of the Panzer IV and the 65 percent of the StuG III.
From what I gather, it got better leading to an overall average readiness of 71%.
