Yes there is! I was very surprised to find a substantial amount of European DNA in my Middle Eastern family members. I have had several different autosomal tests taken as well as finding several of the maternal haplogroups come from Europe. The Christians in the Levant would take refuge in Crusader citadels during that time in history and intermarriage must have taken place. I have always wondered where my grandfather's light hair and green eyes came from and there are many legends of villages in Lebanon and other places that were filled with light eyed people. I also recently found out that the early Crusades included women and children and this would explain the presence of the European maternal haplogroups. You do not see much European ydna in the Levant.

There is a alleged connection, although highly disputed, between Lebanese Christians and crusaders. Outside of that however I can't find any other noticeable impact
