I looked through the FAQ and saw a few threads about historically accurate movies in general, but none seemed to mention any about ancient Rome or Greece, unless they were mentioning how bad Gladiator is in that regard.
A few mentioned Rome as being so-so, but I was more curious about movies rather than tv shows or a miniseries.
Seeing as this isn't an academic question, I'll go ahead and break a few rules:
No, no there isn't. It's infuriating.
In what aspect? Civil life, military?
HBO's Rome (TV series) where kinda accuratish. It certainly felt more authentic and more gritty and there were less of that "Roman Red" color Hollywood and video games love.
What about Agora?
What would the general opinion of Caligula be around here?
Alexander is actually remarkably well done. Not exactly Greece but close. The characters all seemed to come straight out of Arrian.
While some of it was compressed to make it fit into a movie time frame it was surprisingly accurate.
