Possible location of Atlantis considering founding time of Athens and ocean levels.

(first asked on askanthropology, sorry if still wrong location).

Recently on one of the ask reddits I saw an accepted statement that ocean levels have risen 120 meters overs the last 20,000 years(6 meters per 1000 years average).

In the myth of Atlantis it is claimed that the predecessors of Athens fought Atlantis, which means Atlantis would predate Athens' founding.

So, my full question is: when was the founding of Athens; and based on the ocean rise rate of 6 meters per 1000 years: what were ocean levels at the time of Athens founding, and how does that affect hypothetical locations for Atlantis and geography from its myth?

Additional question of curiosity: how rapid is silt buildup in the eastern atlantic, and how does this affect searching for objects/locations that may be submerged there?

edited for correct wording.
