Yale's Avalon Project has digitized the proceedings for the IMT. The Library of Congress has also digitized the 42 volumes of the IMT into pdfs.

For the Nuremberg Military Tribunals, the Library of Congress has also digitized the 15 volumes. The Mazal Library's coverage of the MT are sadly incomplete but there is some good prefacing for what is actually there.
