Unfortunately, the historiography on the impact of the Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars is relatively thin than compared to that of Germany or Italy. Palgrave has published recently a new anthology Russia and the Napoleonic Wars that has several chapters that deal with its impact. You also might want to check out their anthology War memories which has some parts dealing with Russia. You should also examine the literature on the Decemberist Revolt of 1825, which also tapped into some aspects of the Revolution.
