What does that mean for this question specifically?

Answers that discuss historical memory of the Pearl Harbor Attack and commemoration during the 1940s, 1950s and later are acceptable.

Answers that discuss the events of 9/11 or subsequent political or military actions are too conducive to politicized wrangling, and will be summarily removed.
