I would love to hear from someone who could actually tell you a bit about the background of this sculpture but it appears to be a colored reproduction of a bull capital from Persepolis: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/18/Bull_capital_Apadana_(8).jpg

So it appears to be Persian. The word underneath the picture says that the food is Halal, so it might well be an in-joke from an Iranian run pizza place.
