There are certainly many Mexican people with at least some Aztec ancestry, but if you want some clear, direct, proved descent from the Aztecs, you can go for the descendants of the last Tlahtoāni, Moctezuma II. Since the 17th century, they have been recognized as high Spanish nobility as Counts then Dukes of Moctezuma (coat of arms here, and apparently this man holds the title currently).
