The Declaration of Independence says that George III "has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good."
I have sought, but failed to find, examples where this has been true. Does anyone know any?

Sadly, the author (a C.M. Andrews) does not source his claims. Perhaps a knowledgeable respondent can comment on Mr. Andrews' scholarship of this matter.
