There are no records of scoped muskets or rifles during the American Revolutionary war. These didn't appear until approximately 50-60 years later.

A scoped "musket" per se, would also not be used because a musket implied a smoothbore at that time and smoothbores have too short an effective range to need a telescopic sight.

However, rifles often in the Long Rifle (later known as Kentucky Long Rifle) style were important weapons in the revolutionary war, and there was a tradition of marksmanship amongst some American units, especially those from the frontier areas. They were very important in several battles such as Saratoga and King's Mountain. So marksmanship did exist in that war, but not with a "scoped musket"
