Not 90 years old. In 1971 a Dennis Wickham rode a Penny-Farthing bicycle 11,000 miles from London to Brisbane (flew the sea gap) but he was reported as being 26 years old. In Australia he flew into Darwin and rode from there with a break-down at Tennant Creek. The full trip took eight months and was completed at about noon on 02Nov1971. Could you have mistaken his age?
