What happened to the first Indians that Christopher Columbus brought to Spain? Did they ever go back to America?

Of the ten Taino that Columbus abducted on his first voyage, only six reached Madrid; the other four were too sick to travel and were left behind in Seville. Of those six, only one - Don Diego Colon - returned with Columbus on the second voyage as his interpreter. As for the rest, Don Juan de Castilla became a servant for the royal family and died in Madrid two years later. The fate of the others is unknown.
