I'm writing an essay on this propaganda poster and there are three small dots on the top left hand side in the star of david. Could anyone please tell me what they represent?

It's an amalgamation of the Star of David and the Three-Pointed Triangle of the Masonic Order. It's meant to symbolize the movement's rejection of the "undesirable" elements of society including the Jews, immigrants, Freemasons, and communists. It's mirrored on the right by the Marshal of France meant to represent a strong France built on Nationalistic principles.
