I am finding it difficult to find books on Yugoslavia and the breakup and conflicts.

Help would really be appreciated. I am extremely ignorant on Yugoslavia and the conflicts after the breakup. I am looking for books explaining about pre/post yugoslavia. I am really interested in this subject, please help me out!!

Thanks in advance

I've never read it, but I've heard Laura Silber and Alan Little's Yugoslavia is a pretty comprehensive overview. They're a pair of journalists who spent significant portions of their careers in the region.

While not strictly about Yugoslavia, I've had Mazower's The Balkans: a Short History recommended to me as a good intro to Balkan history in general, from early settlement to the breakup of Yugoslavia. The roots of the conflicts are pretty deep so it might be a good idea to check that out.

I've always enjoyed Misha's Glenny's work. He has two on the Balkans written in the aftermath/process of the break-up. It's a good starting point.
