Where was the last jousting tournament of the Renaissance period? Who participated and who won?

On top of that: Why did jousting die out? What other events/festivities replaced it?

In France it was the death of King Henry II due from wound he received jousting in 1559.

For the UK they went on as part of festivities marking Accession Day of James I until March of 1624.
