This is the emblem of the Marineflieger, the air arm of the German Navy. As you can see, there are significant similarities with your image, especially in the design of the wings. Unfortunately I know very little about the Marineflieger, but it seems likely that your image is a variant of that design, or an old version no longer in use.

Your hints were verry helpful. It is the Emblem of the "Bundeswehrverband". Its the representation of interests of all german troops. Something like a trade union only for Soldiers.

Maybe /r/whatisthisthing would have fit better, cause in the end the emblem is not verry "historical". Thank you anyway guys!
