Recently started watching High Castle, based on The Man in the High Castle, and they mentioned that Hitler had Parkinson's and was going to die in 6 months to a year. My question is this: Did Adolf Hitler actually have Parksinson's, and is there any specific historical evidence hinting (or even confirming) that he did?
The evidence is inconclusive. There are a number of neurological specialists who have made the claim, but they are making after the fact diagnoses, not based on first hand examinations. None of his doctors made that diagnosis, even though Parkinson's disease was a known ailment at the time. So yeah, he could have, but he might also have suffered from any other number of ailments. Without remains to test, there is likely never going to be a completely satisfactory answer to this question.
