Before 1944 pretty much all you'd see as far as main small arms would be the K98 and the occasional MP-40 subgun, after that the StG-44 became increasingly common. G-41 and G-43 were relatively rare throughout their whole service life and didn't manage to become satisfactory in their role.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Wehrmacht had a heavy emphasis on the infantry machine gun, moreso than other militaries of the period, so the MG-34 and MG-42 were also very common.
Finally, as far as pistols go, at the start of the war the Luger P-08 was commonplace with a few P-38 and even old C-96 broomhandles mixed in. The P-38 gradually took over production as it was a more modern and reliable design than either of its predecessors.
Apologies for a relatively incomplete answer, I don't have any numbers onhand as far as percentages go. The total number of any firearm produced throughout the war is easy to look up, but that doesn't correlate well with how many were actually issued.
