The bible doesn't definitively state when Jesus was born (the 2 tellings of his birth narrative put it a few years apart - one during Herod's reign, and the other during Qurinius' administration - those didn't overlap), and (as mentioned in articles linked from the FAQ and WIKI) there isn't really any signifigant evidence of Jesus birth outside of the bible.
