JS Bach had quite a fat face, Beethoven looked nothing like that. I'd put money on it being Jefferson.

It's just possible it's a younger Beethoven because, unlike Jefferson, he's got a cleft chin. It's got a stock and high collar circa 1795. But really, it doesn't look like anybody obvious.
