Nazi Germany did not pay reparations during WWII. Reparations had been suspended for one year by the Hoover Moratorium in 1930, and were suspended indefinitely at the Lausanne Conference in 1932. When WWII ended, the allies assessed a value equivalent to 16 Billion dollars, that Germany was to pay to complete the reparations payments for WWI, and these were finished being paid in 2012.

Hitler declared the treaty of Versailles, in which the terms of the reparations were agreed, null and void and thus from the time of his reign in 1933, he cancelled all payments. However, the year before in 1932, when the German economy had collapsed (Great Depression and what not), an agreement was made to cancel the reparations as so many German banks had become bankrupt. In 1995, Germany began to once again pay back the loans it had taken which ended with the final repayment on October 2010 (note: interest on loans under the Dawes plan as opposed to reparations). So to answer your question, no Germany didn't pay reparations during WW2 as they were cancelled much earlier.
