I'm not entirely sure what context this is in but the three variations have radically different meaning.

"Heiliges Römisches Reich" refers only to the First empire lasting from 962 to 1806.

"Deutsches Reich" is the official name of Germany, in German, from 1871 to 1943.

"Third Reich" is exclusively a reference to Nazi Germany from 1933 to 1943.
