Not a single one of them. Frankly, we don't know enough of the details to draw a political map in the modern sense of the empire in question. It is also only in the 19th century - a milestone is the publication "Kosmos" by Alexander v. Humboldt - that we begin to think of possesion of land in the modern sense. Prior to that we just hadn't dicovered the map far enough. Well, this is a broader topic, but I just wanted to defend the "map" makers a little bit. It's just an impossible task.

What we do know however is that the Chaldeans never conquered Egypt, so "map" #1 is wrong for sure.
