Does Germany still have claims on Elsaß-Lothringen, Schlesien, Posen, Preußen, Pommeren and Eupen-Malmedy?

No, Germany has no official territorial claims. In 1970, German president Willy Brandt signed treaties nullifying/rescinding any claim on territory lost during the war. The reason this process was delayed until 25 years after the war was the million-plus displaced Germans from those territories who formed a vocal and powerful lobbying group known as Bund der Vertriebenen (Federation of displaced persons).
