This is a difficult question to answer here, so instead I recommend that you read this thesis and test results which considers the same draw weight and length, but with different arrow types (yes, there were many types!) and target armor. The references therein are also very good.

"Various armor" is still a loaded term. Even within the family of plate armors, there was a wide range of specifications.

As far as the energy in arrow/bolt for a given draw weight and length, you can read Clifford Rogers' paper here, Figure 1 gives you the answer.
