Are there clear examples of socialism succeeding in smaller nations and failing in large ones? There are a few obvious ones that come to mind, but I was hoping for an expert.
I guess the question is how you are defining socialism and communism (which are different systems even according to Marx) and what you mean by "works much better".
More than happy to answer as regards Cuba, but would like a clear definition of terms first. Socialism can mean Soviet style Socialist states, Social Democracy, or several other mutually exclusive concepts.
