The Wehrmacht repurposed a lot of captured tanks, notably Czech Pz35(t) and Pz38(t). The "t" in the designation stands for Tschechish (I may have misspelled that) which is the German name for Czech. The Wehrmacht used a lot of Czech tanks essentially as is, after they added radios of course, and also turned a number into other armored vehicles like the Jagdpanzer 38 "Hetzer."There are also other examples of the Wehrmacht using captured French and Soviet tanks, and a number of captured British tanks in N. Africa in particular. Even a few Shermans were used! The Germans made extensive use of captured equiptment

in fact whole units were equipped with captured vehicles such as the Panzer Abteilung 213 which almost exclusively used captured Char B1 bis and flamethrower variants of the tank. (picture of one of 213's Char B1's in Jersey: http://www.theislandwiki.org/images/0/0a/FB15GermanTank.jpg)

Char B1's were also used on the Russian Front, however only in the early weeks of Operation Barbarossa due to unreliability and lack of spare parts. I think the Germans intended to resume production of the vehicle but the Renault factory was bombed by the British.

You have no idea, the Wehrmacht was notorious for taking anything they could get thier hands on. Thier vehicle park was a quarter master's nightmare at times.

Off hand I know they made use of a wide variety of French tanks, most as training tanks, but Char B1 bis got refitted in the flamethrower tanks, which saw use with (among other places I'm sure) Kampf groups Von Tettau during Market Garden, and at least one PanzerJäger unit was armed with SPGs build from converted Renault and Hotchkiss tanks that saw action in Normandy, along with a training group with unmodified French tanks that fought.

Also no description of Beute Panzers would be complete without mention of the Pz.35(t) and its successor the Pz.38(t) (and its Marder and Hetzer SPATG derivatives) as well as Soviet KV-1 (often upgunned with a 75mm gun) and T-34s.
