Can anyone help me identify this wwII era bomber jacket?

by ExpLimited

Hello historians! I've been looking for some info about this jacket, the plane ("little gal" is the nose-art on the jacket) crewman who it belonged to (R.L.Holliday).

The jacket was made in may 1942 and is a size 38. I can provide photo links if needed (let me know)

If any of you can help out at all it'd be very appreciated!

Thanks!

"Little Gal" was a B-26C Marauder, serial number 41-35252, belonging to 391st Bombardment Group, 573rd Bombardment Squadron. It was damaged in an accident on take-off on March 12, 1945 at Roye-Amy Airfield, Northern France.

Here is some information on Holliday.
