Short answer: No.
The hyperinflated reichsmarks were decomissioned and as such rendered effectively useless to anyone but a collector.

That said, they do have a bit of a collectible value so I suppose some people may eventually have made a bit of money that way.

There wasn't any hyperinflation during the Great Depression. A Depression is by its very nature deflationary. This is due to significant confusion in pop history that amalgamates the early 1920s Weimar Hyperinflation with the late 1920s Great Depression. They are two different economic phenomena.
