Alas, yes. There were many, most notably some concentration camp guards who were tried for war crimes, with some executed.

Two of the most notorious Nazi women known for cruelty were Irma Grese and Ilse Koch.

Irma Grese was apparently a sadist who took delight in singling out beautiful prisoner for cruelty, but enjoyed taunting and humiliating all prisoners. She was very dedicated at her job and ended up being promoted while only 20 or 21 to the warden of the women's section of Bergen-Belsen.

Ilse Koch worked in a concentration camp and later became the wife of one of the concentration camp commandants. She was a sadist too--it was due to her actions that the story has come down that Jews were made into lampshades, though this is likely not true. She did have prisoners skinned for use by doctors. And she had tattoos cut from concentration camp victims' bodies made into souvenirs.

There are many other women concentration camp workers who were notable for cruelty, but those are two of the most known for evil deeds.
