I don't mean as a part of a whole, let's say in converting Native Americans, unless they had a widespread plan to do so. Because I seem to have read that many types of people came to America from all over Europe with many differing beliefs, or even no beliefs. So instead, I'm wondering if Protestant Christians committed large scale, organized violence in the name of God or Jesus Christ?
