If anyone wants to ask about 17th century Germany and Poland, feel free. It's sort of a pet area of mine that grew out of a family history project some years ago. With the generous of help of some local academic and municipal libraries, I feel like I've gotten a fairly sophisticated grasp of the relevant narratives AND historiography.

Should have waited one week for this, when my university is on its break. Seems like I'll be busy trying to answer some of these while doing other work as well though.
