So recently I listened to a german rap song called "Mein Kumpel Spalding" ( translated "my buddy spalding", though the song probably is irrelevant to this). In the beginning is a sampled recording of what sounds like a real radio transmission. A man with a vaguely asian sounding accent says something. As far as I can decipher it he says: "Y U, Talin Bombay XYU Hong Kong dragon speaking, Hong Kong dragon speaking, one hundred thousand dollars etch kay [the kay could be the letter K and etch meant to be the letter H, so probably HK for Hong Kong] something I can't decipher Invisible Man".

Searching for it exactly like that yields no results. Giving only in the hong kong dragon speaking led me to this website, that says it is the beginning of a bollywood action soundtrack compilation. Searching for the Invisible Man and 100 000 dollars leads to a superman storyline where someone that calls himself the invisible man demands 100 000 dollars. I guess this is a reference to something more or less famous. Possibly just a bollywood movie, but I thought I would try it here to see if maybe it is a real recording of something historical.
