It looks pretty old, but I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around it being from 1849 as most of the post cards it was with were date stamped in the early 1900s. Just looking to find out more about it!

Seems legit. That was when the Boston and Worcester Railroad was operational, and there are similar invoices available on ebay.
