One could argue Britain, as 92 hereditary peers still have the right to sit in the House of Lords (for which they're paid £300 a day) and debate, analyse, alter and delay government bills. However, these peers were elected (out of the large number of former hereditary peers) by the other Lords, and will not pass on their Lordships to their own children. So, essentially, a (small) somewhat privileged nobility still exists, but this is the last generation of them.
