Here's the two photos. If this isn't apocryphal, I didn't know Goebbels had been this excluded from Hitler's inner circle, when and why would Hitler have tried to distance himself from him to this point?
I've never seen this and can't talk about it. But it is well known that the Soviets would do this. As people fell from power they would be removed from photos. I agree that Goebbels was not removed so I doubt this happened.
