I am intrigued at the extract of the speech; “In the course of my life I have very often been a prophet, and have usually been ridiculed for it. Today I will once more be a prophet: if the international Jewish financiers in and outside Europe should succeed in plunging the nations once more into a world war, then the result will not be the Bolshevizing of the earth, and thus the victory of Jewry, but the annihilation of the Jewish race in Europe!” and have a few questions; Why would Hitler so openly talk about the annihilation of the jews wouldnt other countries have known about this speech? Would Hitler have this speech wrote for him? What is the validity of the speech? does this prove that Hitler did have a grand plan for the extinction of the jewish race? Thanks
He would talk about it because he had been openly talking about it since the 1920's when he first came on the forefront of German politics.
Other countries certainly might have known about this speech, however, anti-semetic sentiment was at an all-time high during this time, and even if there wasn't huge anti-jewish ideology spreading worldwide, no one could have imagined from this speech anything on the scale of the Holocaust.
In the early part of his career, Hitler wrote most, if not all, of his own speeches. However, when he became Chancellor, he dictated many of the speeches' main points, but it is believed that they were edited, polished and fixed by his secretaries.

I think it undoubtedly is proof of the plan, especially since the concentration camps (Dachau was founded six years before this speech was given, for example!) and repression of minorities was well underway in Germany by the time this speech was given.
