The vast majority of the Magna Carta is spent dealing with specific complaints of the barons, and as such most of the 63 clauses are dedicated to those complaints. For example clauses 2 and 3 deal with the collection of what amounts to an inheritance tax; heirs were required to pay a fee to inherit their lands and titles. Clause 2 sets what these fees will be, preventing John from changing them on a case by case basis. Clause 3 exempts underage heirs from the fee entirely. Most of the clauses are similarly specific. Take clause 33 which requires John to remove fish weirs (a kind of permanent net) from the Thames and other rivers. Apparently the barons were upset about how much fish John was taking from the rivers.

Like I said mostly they were specific demands for specific relief, largely against taxes, fees, and other financial takings by John. What the Magna Carta isn't is a recitation of general rights or an overarching framework for government. It isn't a Bill of Rights or a Constitution. Although it is a precursor to such things in the future.

Looking for broader underlying "rights" is a bit of mistake. Eventually broader rights did develop from some of these clauses. For example clause 1 says that John can't interfere with internal church elections (the appointments of bishops and such within the church). That eventually morphed into a freedom of religion, separation of church and state kind of right; but initially it was just saying, "John quit forcing your candidates for church offices on us."
