What concessions, if any, was Imperial Japan willing to make to the United States and/or other allieds powers to avoid war in the lead up to the Pear Harbor attack and the invasion of Southeast Asia?

You have it exactly backwards. Japan was absolutely the aggressor in the entire theatre, and expected concessions from the Allies. They wanted the Western imperial powers out of SE Asia entirely, and the region under their hegemony. What could they concede other than their entire ambitions?
