There are subs that specialize in numismatics but I believe what you've got there is an imperial sestertius minted by Lucius Verus in honor of his victory in Armenia. Lucius Verus was named Armeniacus for that campaign (although he didn't actually fight it), and you can see on the obverse of your image (it may be easier to make out on the actual coin) that he is named ARMENIACVS. The coin's reverse features a picture of several guys on a tribunal, with one seated figure crowning a guy below the tribunal. The inscription reads REX ARMEN DAT, short for rex Armeniis datus "a king having been given to the Armenians." It's not an uncommon inscription, since Armenia was constantly getting dynasties installed and removed by the Romans and Parthians, but on this occasion it has to refer to Lucius Verus' installation of a new king in 164 after a series of succession...shenanigans (he would be ejected in 172). Lucius Verus minted a number of gold coins with this same image and text, and I've seen one of these bronze sesterces of his before, but between the damage to the coin and the picture I can't be absolutely certain--I'm about 90% sure though
