As has already been noted, there was no Dresden ghetto to bomb during the bombing of Dresden. Ghettos were further east. And by the time of the allied advance into Germany (and the bombing of German cities), there was very little Jewish population left to kill--the death camps were mostly decommissioned before the Russians liberated them because they had served their purpose (a couple were closed early due to prisoner revolts). The Jewish population liberated was very small, and mostly was somehow involved in forced labor. The ghettos had been "liquidated" for years by this point.

But I assume you're asking the general question about Jewish deaths due to allied actions (i.e. the hypothetical bombing of a hypothetical Dresden ghetto). This did occur, in at [least one case](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SS_Cap_Arcona_(1927)#Sinking), where a prison ship was sunk by the RAF, not knowing it was a prison ship. I believe they are counted as Holocaust deaths, since their imprisonment was due to the German genocidal apparatus indirectly. For something like a city-wide bombing I'm not sure how historians would count it, but for the reasons above it's mostly a moot point.
