Your question assumes that 100-300 BC was a period of a lot of prominent, wise greek philosophers. I don't agree with this: there are several of note, but the greek philosophical tradition is firmly rooted in the sophists, socrates, plato, and aristotle. In the period you are describing, the center philosophy is actually shifting OUT of greece—the romans have their say just as much as the greeks do.

I'm not trying to shoot you down, but I am interested why you think this was such a notably good period for greek philosophy.
